Administration


The Conway Parks and Recreation Department has five full-time administrators who work diligently and cooperatively to serve the towns of Conway and Albany.

Michael Lane is the Parks and Recreation Director. Lane has worked for the town of Conway since June of 2004. During that time he has been a summer counselor, worked in the parks department, Teen Center Coordinator and assistant director. Lane was born and grew up in Conway where he attended Kennett High School playing three sports (Football, Hockey and Baseball). After graduating from Kennett in 2000, Lane attended New England College where he earned a degree in Communications with a minor in History. Lane also serves as Head Coach of the Kennett Hockey team, a job he has held since 2007. Kennett has won five state championships in that time. Lane currently resides in Center Conway with his wife Kristen, two children, Aiden and Kendall, and their chocolate lab Briar Patch.

Todd has returned as the Assistant Director. Todd first came to the rec. in 1996. That summer, he started as a counselor and was hired full-time as the first assistant director that fall. He spent the next 9 years in the position before moving on to an Athletic Directors job at a nearby high school. Following a number of years away he returned full time in 2015 as the Chip Kennett Teen Center Coordinator. Todd has always been involved with kids whether as a teacher, coach, official, or recreation professional. Todd still resides in Fryeburg where he grew up.

Robby Moody is the Chip Kennett Teen Center Coordinator of the Conway Parks & Recreation Department. Moody grew up in Chocorua, NH, and attended Kennett High School where he played Soccer, Ice Hockey, and Lacrosse. Robby began working at the rec as a summer counselor in 2015. Becoming a counselor motivated Rob to study Recreation Management and Policy at the University of New Hampshire. After having a 6-month internship and graduating in the spring of 2019, he joined the team as a full-time member of the Conway Parks & Recreation team as the first Programmer. Over the years, he has picked up the famous nickname "Robby Moody Chicken Nugget".

Zachary Bradley

Zach Bradley is the Recreation Programmer for the Conway Parks & Recreation Department. Zach grew up in North Conway, NH, and is a graduate of Kennett High School Class of 2016. He continued his education at the University of Connecticut earning a degree in Actuarial Science and a minor in Statistics. Zach made his first appearance in recreation as a summer camp counselor in 2017 and 2018. After a 3-year hiatus, he returned to the rec. in 2021 as a camp counselor, as well as working with the Chip Kennett Teen Center. Zach worked as the JV Boys Soccer and JV Girls Basketball Coach for Kennett while spending time working for the district as a long-term math substitute. He is looking forward to continuing to coach and work with kids in his new role as the Programmer.

Lynore grew up in New Jersey and moved to Florida for college where she met her husband Ed. They have 3 grown children Tommy, Allie and Jessie and two grandkids Edyn and Griffin. She has been with us for about 20 years being the Teen Center Coordinator and now is our Administrator Assistant. In her spare time, she loves to hang out with her family and friends and going to the beach.
