Administration

The Conway Parks and Recreation Department has five full-time administrators who work diligently and cooperatively to serve the towns of Conway, Albany, and Eaton.

Director

Michael Lane

Michael Lane is the Parks and Recreation Director. Lane has worked for the town of Conway since June of 2004. During that time he has been a summer counselor, worked in the parks department, Teen Center Coordinator and assistant director. Lane was born and grew up in Conway where he attended Kennett High School playing three sports (Football, Hockey and Baseball). After graduating from Kennett in 2000, Lane attended New England College where he earned a degree in Communications with a minor in History. Lane also serves as Head Coach of the Kennett Hockey team, a job he has held since 2007. Kennett has won five state championships in that time. Lane currently resides in Center Conway with his wife Kristen, two children, Aiden and Kendall, and their chocolate lab Briar Patch.

Assistant Director

Robby Moody

Robby Moody is the Assistant Director of the Conway Parks & Recreation Department. Moody grew up in Chocorua, NH, and attended Kennett High School, where he played Soccer, Ice Hockey, and Lacrosse. Robby began working at the rec as a summer counselor in 2015. Becoming a counselor motivated Rob to study Recreation Management and Policy at the University of New Hampshire. After having a 6-month internship and graduating in the spring of 2019, he joined the team as a full-time member of the Conway Parks & Recreation team as the first Programmer. Over the years, he has picked up the famous nickname "Robby Moody Chicken Nugget". Robby became the Chip Kennett Teen Center Coordinator in the spring of 2022 and is now the Assistant Director.

Lynore Wagner

Lynore grew up in New Jersey and moved to Florida for college where she met her husband Ed. They have 3 grown children Tommy, Allie and Jessie and two grandkids Edyn and Griffin. She has been with us for over 20 years being the Teen Center Coordinator and now as our Administrator Assistant. In her spare time, she loves to hang out with her family, friends and going to the beach.

Chip Kennett Teen Center Coordinator

Lauren Kidder

Lauren Kidder is the Chip Kennett Teen Center Coordinator for the Conway Parks & Recreation Department. She was born and raised in Conway, NH and grew up participating in Conway Rec sports and attending the Teen Center herself. She graduated from Kennett High School and played varsity basketball during all four years. She has always been involved with the youth of the valley, working as a childcare worker and family support provider at Children Unlimited Inc., and most recently as an RBT/paraprofessional at the KA Brett School in Tamworth, all while taking college courses through Granite State College and receiving her bachelors degree in Human Services. In her free time, she can be found hiking with her rescue dog, spending time with friends and family, or working on a thousand and one unfinished DIY projects. She is so excited to be a part of the Conway Parks & Rec family!

Programmer

Meghan Livingston

I grew up in South Portland, Maine and graduated from South Portland High School in 2019. Growing up I played softball, soccer, and basketball, along with being involved in dance until middle school. I graduated from Springfield College in 2023 where I majored in Applied Exercise Science and minored in Community Nutrition. I was lucky enough to spend nineteen of my summers at YMCA Camp Huckins in Freedom NH, where I was a staff kid, camper, counselor, and then my last summer was as Sportsfield Director. I previously worked for the Boys and Girls Club of Southern Maine and also for MaineHealth Cardiac Rehab! My families history in the MWV is dated back to 1843. I am very excited to move to Conway to be closer to family, and I’m looking forward to being a part of this amazing community!
