Explore trails winding through riverside hayfields, mountainside spruce and hemlock forests offering a diverse selection of terrain for all abilities from easy rolling hills to more challenging intermediate and back country trails. Over 50% of the network is rated easy to provide interesting and exciting skiing for novice skiers as well as the entire family.
These trails connect Intervale, Kearsarge, and North Conway Village offering outstanding scenery with views of the Saco River and magnificent Mt. Washington.
Through a unique municipal relationship with this non-profit foundation, the network is used by the local schools for their cross country ski program, training and races. In addition all Conway residents and non-resident taxpayers have FREE use of the network when displaying their resident's pass.

Mount Washington Valley Lacrosse Club MWV, NH
MWV/Fryeburg Lacrosse promotes, organizes and runs youth/club lacrosse teams in the Mount Washington Valley and Fryeburg.  The MWV and Fryeburg club teams merged in 2017 to ensure appropriate numbers for league play in the future. The best way to get in contact is through the website or Facebook.

Registration for this coming lacrosse season is now open!!! Click on the link below to go to the registration page. Register as soon as possible so that any uniform orders can be placed early to allow ample time for production and delivery prior to the season starting. Season schedules and practices will be set in the coming weeks and will as always be weather dependent and this year Covid dependent as well.

New this year we will have an online store for uniforms. Click on the link below to check out the store as this is seperate from the registration fee/process. In addition to uniforms we also have MWV Lacrosse shooter shirts, sweatshirts, buffs & masks, backpacks and gear bags available.

The Ham Arena is a year-round, non-profit ice skating facility in Conway, New Hampshire. The Ham Arena is one of the largest sheets of ice in New Hampshire with a seating capacity of 450. Annually estimated 250,000 people visit and utilize our facility. The Ham Arena offers adult and youth leagues, check out the website for more information.
