Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds will only be issued for programs that cost more than $30.00
- No refunds for children’s sports programs.
- Summer Camp: Refunds will be made in full minus service charge if requested prior to one week before camp opens. A service charge of $10.00 will be charged to cover credit card, debit and processing fees. There will be no refunds made once camp has begun. A pro-rated credit will be issued towards your conwayrec.com account.
- We do not provide cash refunds.
- Refunds take a minimum of two weeks to process.
- All other refunds other than summer camp applicable credit card fees and any trip fees are non-refundable.
- All refund requests must be made in writing to: firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
