Refund and Cancellation Policy


Refunds will only be issued for programs that cost more than $30.00
  1. No refunds for children’s sports programs.
  1. Summer Camp: Refunds will be made in full minus service charge if requested prior to one week before camp opens.  A service charge of $10.00 will be charged to cover credit card, debit and processing fees.  There will be no refunds made once camp has begun.  A pro-rated credit will be issued towards your conwayrec.com account.
  1. We do not provide cash refunds.
  1. Refunds take a minimum of two weeks to process.
  1. All other refunds other than summer camp applicable credit card fees and any trip fees are non-refundable. 
  1. All refund requests must be made in writing to: lynore@conwayrec.com or john@conwayrec.com.
