LETTERS TO SANTA!
Friday, December 8th, 5:00pm - 7:30pm
The Conway Parks & Recreation Department is pleased to announce that we will once again be hosting our holiday celebration, Letters to Santa.
*Families will be asked to pre-register and in doing so will choose a time slot that works for their family. Please register ONE family member only! You must be a resident of Albany or Conway to register. (REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS Tuesday, DECEMBER 5th!)
Each Session is limited to 15 families per session....check times below
*Session 1 (5:00pm)
*Session 2 (5:30pm)
*Session 3 (6:00pn)
*Session 4 (6:30pm)
*Session 5 (7:00pm)
*Session 6 (7:30pm)
*Please note there will be no walk-ups on the day of this event accepted.
*Guests will take a photo with Santa on the front steps of the Conway Rec. Guests will take their own photos.
*Children will drop their letters to Santa in our mailbox to be delivered to the North Pole and receive a letter back from Santa.
*Each child who is registered will be invited into the Conway Rec after they take their photo with Santa to make reindeer food, sip hot cocoa, and decorate a Christmas Ornament.
*Elves will help guide families around the property.
*If it snows the event will go on as scheduled.
