16 Classes for $44!  
 
On Mondays and Fridays, a Circuit Training program has participants moving from station to station, building muscle strength and cardio-respiratory endurance.  Wednesdays are Wildcard Workouts, featuring a variety of exercise formats and focuses.

Adults of all ages and abilities are welcome.
