Intramural Basketball
The Conway Parks and Recreation Department is happy to announce its plans for basketball for the 2023 winter season. Intramural basketball will be offered to girls and boys in grades 2-6. As we did with our Skills & Drills program, we will have Co-Ed Grades 2-3, Boys Grades 4-6, and Girls Grades 4-6. Volunteer coaches for this program are needed. Registration is open and will remain open until Friday, December 30th.
2-3 Co-Ed will be once a week on Tuesdays.
4-6 Boys basketball will take place on Wednesday and Friday afternoons.
4-6 Girls basketball will take place on Mondays and Thursdays.
The first week of the program will be the week back from Winter Break. Due to the New Year's Holiday being celebrated on Monday, January 2nd, the first week will only be one day for each group.
Week 1:
2-3 Co-Ed Tuesday, January 3rd
4-6 Boys Wednesday, January 4th
4-6 Girls Thursday, January 5th
REMINDER TO ALL INTRAMURAL BASKETBALL PARTICIPANTS, JEWELRY IS NOT ALLOWED! IT MAY NOT BE TAPED OVER AND MUST BE REMOVED IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.
We will be offering a Rec bus for Pine Tree Elementary students as well as pick up for Conway Elementary students.
