Letters To Santa!
Friday, December 18th, 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.
The Conway Parks & Recreation Department is pleased to announce that we will once again be hosting our holiday celebration, Letters to Santa. This year's event will look much different due to Covid-19, however, we still strive to give kids of Conway and Albany a great experience.
*Families will be asked to pre-register and in doing so will choose a time slot that works for their family. (REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS THURSDAY, DECEMBER 17th!)
*Please note there will be no walk-ups on the day of this event accepted.
*Guests will take a socially distanced photo with Santa on the front steps of the Conway Rec. Guests will take their own photos.
*Children will drop their letters to Santa in our mailbox to be delivered to the North Pole. Children will receive a letter back from Santa in their goody bag.
*Each child who is registered will receive a Christmas goody bag after they take their photo which includes a hot cocoa packet, Christmas ornament along with paint to decorate at home, and all the ingredients to make reindeer food.
*Elves will help guide families around the property to allow for social distancing.
*All portions of this event are outside, so dress warmly.
*Masks are required at all times except during your photo with Santa.
*There is a freezing rain make-up date of Saturday, December 19th. If it snows the event will go on as scheduled.
