Biddy Soccer (K-2)The Conway Recreation Department is happy to announce that biddy soccer is back for the fall of 2024. This popular program will take place on Saturday mornings beginning on September 14th. Biddy Soccer will introduce the game of soccer to children in grades Kindergarten through Second. There will be two sessions (9:00 a.m. & 10:00 a.m.) with a limit of 30 participants per session. Included with your registration fee, each player will receive a uniform. Players will work on basic skills like dribbling, passing, and shooting, etc. There is limited space for this program so be sure to register right away. The Conway Parks & Recreation Department will be offering a weekly adult Mah Jongg Game as part of their adult program offerings on Wednesday afternoons from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Mah Jongg is a game of Chinese origin usually played by four people with one hundred and forty-four tiles that are drawn and discarded until one player secures a winning hand. All are welcome whether you are experienced or just learning.

The Conway Recreation Department will be offering soccer for boys & girls in grades 3rd-6th. All participants must be registered by Friday September 6th. This program will take place Tuesdays and Thursdays. Game and practice times may vary and are dependent on the number of teams, the number of participants, as well as our ability to obtain volunteer coaches. Practices and games may also be added. Participants need to have soccer shin pads and cleats are recommended. The program will begin on Tuesday, September 10th. The cost of the program is $22 which includes a team uniform. Guidelines, schedules, and additional program information will be sent via e-mail the week before programs start.

Mah Jongg - Mah Jongg
The Conway Parks & Recreation Department will be offering a weekly adult Mah Jongg Game as part of their adult program offerings on Wednesday afternoons from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Mah Jongg is a game of Chinese origin usually played by four people with one hundred and forty-four tiles that are drawn and discarded until one player secures a winning hand. All are welcome whether you are experienced or just learning.

What is the Teen Center? The intent of the Teen Center is to offer kids in the 6th, 7th and 8th grades a safe place to hang out after school where they can enjoy activities and socialization in a friendly healthy atmosphere.
